This is a follow up to my first article. If you haven't read it yet, please read it first — Russia vs Ukraine.

I would like to preface that it is a bit of a lengthy follow up, but I just want to get it out there and will keep reviewing it to see if I can condense it or be more elaborate.

As I wrote in my first article, Jiddu Krishnamurti is the one who helped me cognize that the Truth is only one.

One of the really deep and powerful ways that he showed this — one that helped it click with me — is when he talked about hunger. Jiddu Krishnamurti poses the question: if a rich, wealthy person is hungry, and if a poor, homeless child is hungry, is it two different things?

Hunger is hunger — whether the rich person is hungry or the homeless child is hungry. And you can understand further that Love is Love, Thoughts are Thoughts, Vision is Vision. It's not something that is yours or mine, one person's or another's. It's just one energy.

Prior to this, when reading Perfect Questions, Perfect Answers — of the conversations devotees were having with Bhaktivedanta Srila Prabhupada — Prabhupada answers at one point that Krishna says: "This earth, water, fire, air, ether, mind, intelligence and ego — they are My eight separated energies."

The devotee asks, "They are separated energies?" Then Srila Prabhupada says, "Yes. Just like this milk. What is milk? The separated energy of the cow. Is it not? It is the manifestation of the separated energy of the cow." You can understand further that the child is the separated energy of the parents — your child is a separated energy of you and your partner, and you of your parents, and so on.

The Energy is one — separating, separating, separating — but The Energy is simultaneously one and many.

I assume we have all had experience with the old days of Windows computing using Scandisk and Disk Defragmenter. Disk Defragmenter is software that re-organizes the information in your hard disk to optimize the speed and efficiency of its performance.

That is how Ramana Maharshi's question and meditation "Who am I?" functions as well. It re-organizes all your experiences, information, knowledge, and understandings to optimize the speed and efficiency of their utilization — to create your future, answer your questions, solve your problems. Your local hard disk.

Next, within the heart of all living beings is the Supersoul, through which you also have access to the experiences, information, knowledge, and understanding stored with everyone else. The Cloud.

At any point in your life, you will have different questions concerning money, health, family, relationships — whatever it may be. Frame it as a question and meditate on that question. It's similar to running the scan function on your computer. When the scan of your local hard disk is completed, it will extend into the cloud, and at some point the question drops.

Ramana Maharshi's "Who am I?" meditation is important to defragment the consciousness. It works to help your scans complete more quickly. You just need at least one experience where you have framed a question, meditated on it, and had it drop — to know and feel how it works. You will just know or realize something without any residue of doubt. It is Transcendental Knowledge.

Doing meditation would be the greatest community service. As you meditate and defragment the consciousness, you are making life easier — not only for yourself, but for everyone else.
